Method 01

Band Saw Cutting

Suitable stock material — rounds, shafts and bars — cut to customer-required lengths or dimensions. Whether a cut is possible depends on the material, its section size and operational feasibility; we confirm this when we review your enquiry.

Useful details: final length per piece, number of pieces, and any drawing.

Method 02

Flame Cutting

Cutting of suitable heavy material, including MS plate, to customer specifications. Suitability depends on the material and the shape required; we confirm feasibility against your drawing or dimensions.

Useful details: plate thickness, shape and dimensions, quantity, and a drawing where available.

We do not advertise fixed tolerances or cutting capacities. Any tolerance requirement should be stated in your enquiry and will be confirmed before commitment.
